"Packed really well"
My order from J&P Cycles showed up safe, and the box had plenty of padding. Nothing was smashed or messed up at all. It’s nice to see parts packed the right way for once.

"Had to deal with warranty stuff"
I wasn’t really looking forward to contacting support because warranty things usually turn into a whole back-and-forth, and I had already put it off for a few days. I finally reached out, explained what was going on, and the person helping me was surprisingly easy to deal with. After a little bit of checking and sending over the info they needed, they ended up getting my issue fixed without much hassle

I had to send an item back after realizing it wasn’t quite what I needed, which of course I figured out after leaving the box sitting by my front door for a couple days. I was a little worried the refund process would turn into a whole thing, but JP Cycles handled it quickly. It took a few days to show up, but there wasn’t any drama or back-and-forth hassle. "Shipping was way faster than I expected"
I ordered a rear tire and a couple little parts from J&P Cycles on Monday night, and to be honest, I was already assuming I’d be waiting around for a week or so.

Instead, the box was at my door by Thursday. Tracking actually updated like it should, and everything was packed well enough that nothing showed up damaged, which is how it ought to be when people are spending their hard-earned money.

I’ve got to give them credit where it’s due. Fast shipping and no nonsense is the right way to treat customers, so yeah, I’ll definitely order from them again when the bike needs more stuff

"Smooth Return Overall"
Bottom line, I’d order from J&P Cycles again. I had to send back a jacket that ended up being a little too tight, and the return process on jpcycles.com was simple to get through. I was able to get the return label without any issues, which I appreciated. The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is that the refund took a few days to show up, but other than that, everything went fine

"Good parts overall, but instructions could be clearer"
I ordered a few parts from jpcycles.com for my bike, and overall I’m happy with them. The quality felt solid, everything seemed sturdy, and the fit was right on. One of the items did have a small scratch, but it wasn’t a huge issue for me. My only real gripe is that I was expecting the instructions to be a little clearer, especially during install. Still, I’d order from them again.

"They actually had the brake pads I was looking for"
I needed a specific set of brake pads and expected to have to run around to a few different places or wait for an order, but they actually had them in stock. That was a nice surprise. Their prices are usually better than what I find elsewhere, which is nice. Shipping could be sorta a little cheaper, but overall it’s still a decent deal most of the time.
